MA Off-Highway Vehicle Safety Course

In order to legally operate an Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) in Massachusetts, operators under 18 years of age must complete a two-part Off-Highway Vehicle Safety and Responsibility Course.

Part 1 is an online safety course offered by an approved provider and must be completed before taking the classroom course. Register here for the online course.

Part 2 is a two-hour classroom course which covers the Massachusetts-specific content.
