Patriot Properties will be starting inspections on Monday, July 24th

RE:      Cyclical and Permit Inspections

In order to comply with the Department of Revenue’s requirement of cyclical and permit inspections for assessment purposes, the Board of Assessors has contracted with Patriot Properties, Inc. to be our consultant. 

Beginning Monday July 24th, Michael Cassidy, Peter Krajeski and James Newton, will be in the field to start inspections, verify data accuracy and in some cases take photos of your property

on behalf of the Board of Assessors.  We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
